We get excited by being able to provide deep discounts to our customers on all kinds of products in varying conditions. We recognize sometimes items need or want to be returned, so below is an overview for how we handle returns. If there are any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Auction Rules – Returns for Deal Badger Services, LLC
Once a Buyer or Buyer’s Authorized agent removes an item from the Seller’s Pick Up Center, including moving the product from the building to the parking lot, constructive receipt has occurred and remittance to the Seller may occur. Once you leave the Seller’s Pick Up Center with any product, DB will no longer accept any returns or provide any kind of refund.
There are times when refunds will be processed:
If a won item is not available at the Pick Up Center (or not able to be located), a refund will be provided.
Grade Specific Errors
If an item is listed as “Appears New” and does not meet our guidelines and standards for “Appears New” the item may be returned for a refund only before you leave the Pick Up Center.
If an item is listed as “Open Box”, “Damaged”, or “Not Inspected” and is not the item represented in the auction, the item may be returned for a refund only before you leave the Pick Up Center. To clarify, if you won a table and item is a shelf, the item may be returned for a refund only before you leave the Pick Up Center.
Additional Refund Notes
When refunds are rewarded, the purchase price (winning bid amount), buyer’s premium, and tax will all be refunded.
