  1. What is a Soft Close?

All of our auctions have Soft Closes. This means that if there is a bid within the last 3 minutes of an item’s end time, another 3 minutes will be added to the end time.

 

  1. Why doesn’t DealBadger offer shipping?

We do everything we can to keep costs low, including having customers pick up their winnings at one of our Pickup Centers.

Customers must be able to move large items through the warehouse into their vehicles (we’ll provide dollies!)

DealBadger teammates are not able to assist with loading into the vehicles.

 

  1. What do the taxes and fees look like?

Your card is automatically charged after winning an item. We add a 17% Buyer’s Premium to your winning bid. This total is then taxed (6% in Gwinnett County).

 

  1. Can I browse past auctions?

Yes! On our website, you have the ability to search past auctions to see what kinds of items have sold and how much they sold for.

 

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

All transactions on DealBadger.com are done through credit cards. There are no payments accepted at the Pickup Center. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express  and Discover.

 

  1. What happens if I can’t find my item at the Pickup Center?

Sometimes products get moved around in our warehouse and the warehouse location grid coordinates will not accurately reflect the location of your products. If this happens, please make one of our DealBadger teammates aware of the situation.

 

  1. Is there any way to be notified when new items are listed?

Yes! Log in to your account and click “My Account” in the top right corner. Go to “Saved Searches” and choose what categories of items you would like to be notified of for new listings. If you want to be notified of every new item, you can select all of the categories.

 

  1. What does the pickup process look like?

Use your pickup email to locate your winnings. Check that you are going to the correct Pickup Center, then find your item’s floor location.

 

  1. How long do I have to pick up my winnings?

You have 4 pickup days to retrieve your winnings from the Pickup Center after an auction closes.If you win an item on Tuesday, you have until Saturday to pick up. If you win an item on Friday, you have until the following Thursday to pick up.

 

  1. Are you open on Monday?

We are closed on Sunday and Monday. We are open Noon-6pm, Tuesday-Friday, and 9am-Noon on Saturday.

 

  1. Can I return an item once I have left the Pickup Center?

No. We do not accept returns for any reason once they leave the Pickup Center. We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items before leaving the Pickup Center.
